LEGAL
Terms of Use
Effective October 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of ConstantineCast websites, the Patristic Archive, KostaGPT, and public conversation-sharing features. By using them, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
ConstantineCast provides educational media, public archive access, source retrieval, and an AI-assisted conversation tool focused on Orthodox Christianity. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as the project develops.
KostaGPT is an educational tool
KostaGPT generates responses and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. It may misunderstand a source, citation, translation, historical claim, or theological question. Verify important claims against the linked source and consult an Orthodox priest or other qualified authority when appropriate.
KostaGPT is not a priest, confessor, physician, therapist, lawyer, or emergency service. It does not provide sacramental, medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
Archive materials and translations
The archive includes public-domain texts, source links, excerpts, metadata, and working translations. Source status and translation quality can vary. Inclusion does not mean that ConstantineCast, a parish, a jurisdiction, or the Orthodox Church endorses every statement or edition. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
If you believe material infringes your rights or has been attributed incorrectly, email us with the URL, work, rights basis, and requested correction or removal.
Your use
You may use the service for personal, educational, research, and other lawful purposes. You may not:
- Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or submit content you are not entitled to share.
- Attack, disrupt, probe, overload, scrape unreasonably, or bypass security or rate limits.
- Use the service to distribute malware, spam, harassment, impersonation, or deceptive content.
- Represent AI output as an official teaching, pastoral instruction, or verified quotation when it is not.
- Use ConstantineCast names, marks, or branding in a way that suggests unauthorized sponsorship or endorsement.
Conversation content and public links
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give ConstantineCast a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. If you deliberately create a share link, you also authorize us to display that snapshot publicly to anyone with the link.
You are responsible for reviewing a conversation before sharing it and for removing names, health information, financial information, confessions, or other sensitive details. Contact us with the share URL if removal is needed.
Age eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ConstantineCast websites and services. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18. The service is not intended for or directed to anyone under 18.
Third-party services and links
The service relies on and links to third-party websites and infrastructure. ConstantineCast does not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ConstantineCast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI output or archive materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict abusive use, remove unlawful or harmful public content, and update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Lee County, Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
